- Our shipping fees depend on the total quantity or weight of your order and the country to which the dresses are shipped.
- The above days are all business days, during the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and the transportation will be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
- Before your order is shipped, LyraLily site must process your orders and pass strict quality control tests on all your projects. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the separate shipping time
Production And Delivery Time
- Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
- If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
- In general, depending on the complexity of the dresses.Processing time differs from category to category. Please refer to the table below for more precise processing to better estimate when you will receive your order:

Note:
- We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will charge for cancellation of the order for more than 24 hours, because the fabric used in the dress has been cut. For detailed cancellation policy, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.
Important Notes
- An estimated delivery window will be provided at the checkout page.
- Anymore, if you do not receive your order within the time frame you choose, we will offer you limited reimbursement.
- All custom-sized dresses are non-returnable.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you purchase a dress and find it unsuitable, you will need to process a return.
